55-year-old Ram Narayan Sah and 35-year-old Noor Mohammad residing in Sabaila Municipality-9 Kusamaha, were arrested on August 9, on the charge of gang-raping a 24-year-old woman. According to the police, the victim lodged the complaint on August 8 alleging that she was gang-raped by five people on August 7. Three other accused absconded after the incident. The victim is undergoing medical treatment in the provincial hospital since she sustained injuries in her head, mouth, and neck.
