Absconded youth accused of rape arrested in Siraha

Police arrested 22-year-old Juman Khan of Golbazar municipality-7, on August 24 on the charge of raping a 14-year-old minor girl. According to the victim's mother, the accused raped the victim on March 23, and the complaint was lodged on March 24. According to the police, the accused absconded after the incident and was later arrested.
