Saptari/ September 17 A case against Ashis lal Yadav, 40, of Itahari Bishnupur VDC-3 and Umesh Kumar Yadav, 35, of Itahari Bishnupur VDC-4 has been lodged by district police office on charge of attempting to rape a 25-year-old woman. Based on the complaint lodged by the victim on September 14, the case has been registered, said DPO. The victim underwent a health checkup at zonal hospital of Rajbiraj on September 15. The victim was attempted for rape by the accused on the mid night of September 13 while she was at her newly built house. The neighbor had rescued her after hearing her scream.
