Police arrested Sushant Khanal an 18-year-old teenage boy of Dhangadhi sub-metropolis-3, on December 15 on the charge of sexually assaulting a 6-year-old teenage girl. The victim's family lodged a complaint on December 5 alleging that the accused sexually assaulted the victim on December 3 by taking her to his home. The accused absconded after the incident.
