Complaint lodged against a 30-year-old man on the charge of raping a 20-year-old woman in Saptari

A complaint was lodged against Chandan Khatwey a 30-year-old man of Kanchanrup municipality-10 on February 7, on the charge of raping a 20-year-old woman. According to the victim, the accused raped her on January 25 by entering in her room and threatening to kill her unborn child inside her womb. The victim lodged the complaint in January 26.
