A complaint was lodged against Samir Mansur a 36-year-old man of Chakraghatta rural municipality-5 on February 20 on the charge of raping a 17-year-old teenage girl. According to the victim's father, the accused raped the victim in a garden near their residence on February 13. According to the police, the accused absconded after the incident.
