Police arrested Narendra Kumar Rai a 56-year-old man of Phidim municipality-3 in Panchthar currently residing in Atharai rural municipality-1 on March 2 on the charge of raping a 13-year-old teen girl. The victim's side lodged the complaint on March 2 alleging that the accused raped her on December 14, 2022.
