Local representatives of Laxminiya Rural Municipality in Dhanusha started an indifinite sit-in from March 14 against the chairperson and Chief administrative officer of the rural municipality. The demonstrators who were already on agitation against the duo for allegedly hiring their relatives and cadres at vacant positions in the rural municipality staged the sit-in stating that Bhogendra Mishra the Chairperson and Nagendra Yadav chief administrative officer broke the padlock applied by the agitating local representatives and used important office material in an arbitrary way. They accused Yadav of embezzling office materials by breaking the lock although he had already been transferred.
