Human Rights and Peace Society staged a demonstration on March 21 on the occasion of the Elimination of caste-based discrimination day in Tilottamma municipality-3 of Rupandehi. Addressing the program, Tilottama Mayor Ramakrishna Khan said that the municipality is on a strategy to adopt a policy of zero tolerance in cases of untouchability in the city.
