Police arrested Dipak Thapa a 29-year-old man of Badigad rural municipality-7 in Baglung, on April 10 on the charge of sexually assaulting a 6-year-old minor girl. According to the police, the victim's side lodged the complaint on April 6 alleging that the accused sexually assaulted her on April 6.
