A complaint was lodged against Bijaya Kishor Yadav a 35-year-old man alias Chotu of Bariyarpatti rural municipality-1 on the charge of attempting to rape a 37-year-old woman. The victim's side lodged a complaint on April 9 alleging that the accused attempted to her on April 7.
