Police arrested Bisne Thagunna a 49-year-old man from Shailyashikar municipality-4 of Darchula on April 19, on the charge of raping a 16-year-old teen girl. According to the police, the accused absconded after the victim's side lodged a complaint on April 14 alleging that the accused raped her on April 12.
