Panchthar/October 23 A case of rape attempt has been filed against Dilliram Katuwal, 28, of Amarpur VDC-8 on October 22 on charge of trying to rape a 30-year-old. The case was filed after the government district attorney gave his opinions on the case. The woman had filed a case against Katuwal on October 6. He was arrested on the same day.
