Pashupati BK, 28, of Talati VDC-4 in Dhading and currently living in Katunje-6 of Bhaktapur has been remanded in custody on November 3 on charge of raping a 13-year-old girl. The victim lodged a complaint at area police office, Bhaktapur on October 10 accusing that he raped her on September 28 while she was alone at her home. She underwent health checkup at Teaching hospital in Kathmandu on October 9. Her condition is normal.
