A woman with physical disability of Waling Municipality-1 has filed a complaint against her husband Ishwor Sunar at the Metropolitan Police Circle Chapagaun on November 9. Mana Maya Shrestha, 22, who is currently staying in Chapagaun VDC-1 filed a complaint with help of INSEC. The victim had appealed INSEC for help on November 5. Following the victim's appeal, INSEC had conducted meetings with the accused at the MPC Chapaguan in the presence of DSP Durga Singh. The victim had said that Ishwor beat her repeatedly after the marriage and neglected her when she gave birth to a girl child. MPC Chapagaun had summoned the victim and accused for discussion following the complaint. Police had made an agreement between both sides not to engage in dispute until both sides separated as the victim has sought divorce. The couple was married two years ago. They have a 1-year-old daughter.
