Rescued Boy Handed Over to Family

Bardiya,Uddhar gariyeka baalak abhibhavakko jimma. Bardiya/November 20 Single Women Group, Bardiya has handed over a boy rescued in New Delhi, India to his family on November 20. Bir Bahadur Nepali, 12, of Kutuki in Dhikpur VDC-2, Dang was brought to Nepal with the support of a Delhi-based NGO, Prayas. The boy, who went missing from home in March, was handed over to his relative at a press conference. It is learnt that a Nepali youth named Suraj had sold him at a hotel in Rajasthan, India after taking him to India from Mahendranagar. Prayas put him and three other boys, who fled from the hotel, in its orphanage after finding them looking for the home-bound train. There were eight Nepali boys including himself, according to Bir Bahadur. Single Women Group has so far rescued seven boys with the help of SI Lalsari Bohora.
