Sabina Lamsal Sarki, 22, of Diktel municipality-14 has lodged a complaint against her husband Sukra Bahadur Lamsal Sarki, 37, at district police office of Diktel on December 28 accusing him of depriving her of food, clothes and expelling her from the house. The victim said that she was compelled to lodge a complaint after a series of assault and torture by her husband in an inebriated state. She was expelled from the house on December 25 after assault by her husband. The victim is taking shelter at her parental home at Arkhaule VDC-1. ASI Manoj Yadav of DPO said that both the parties will be summoned for the discussion.
