Sita Kumar Yadav, 25, of Chinnamasta VDC-1 has registered a complaint against her husband Ram Lakhan Yadav, 56, at the district court of Saptari on January 1 seeking for relationship establishment. The couple were living together at Nakati Raipur VDC-9 after getting married on April 27, 2008. The court said that she registered a complaint saying that the accused refused to make her marriage certificate and citizenship, denying their marriage. The victim has also included the birth registration certificate and letter from Inarwa VDC office proving their marriage in court. She has been living in her parental home at Inarwa VDC-9 after the incident.
