A single bench of district court judge Prakash Dhungana issued the verdict. District Police Office Illam had arrested Shiva Kumar Tamang(31) of Jamuna-8 and his second wife Dikmaya Pandey(21) of the same place on charge of polygamy on December 12. Pema Lamhu Sherpa, the first wife of the accused, had lodged a complaint against them at the district police office Illam on 12 December.
