A four-year-old girl was raped at Yamkha-9 in the district on Friday afternoon. A 14-year-old boy from the locality had raped her when she was alone at home, police said. The teenager has been held for investigation. Police have not made his name public for he is a minor too. Meanwhile, an SLC candidate in Chitwan lodged a complaint with the police saying that her tutor Bhim Prasad Poudel had been molesting her repeatedly. The accused allegedly harassed the victim sexually at her house. Police have held Poudel for investigation.
