(update) Police have registered FIR against 24 people including alternative polit-buro member Yog Narayan Yadav of CPN-UML regarding Sabaila incident in which two people were killed during a dispute over school management committee election. The victim's family had registered a complaint on April 1. Police previously refused to register the FIR allegedly on the pressure of Home Ministry. Two persons were killed and more than a dozen were injured during a conflict between two sides in the election process of Madan-Ashrit Lower Secondary School of Sabaila municipality -1. Yog Narayan Yadav, the main accused in the incident has gone into hiding after the case was registered. Police are searching for him. -------------------------------------------------- Two people have died in the clash that took place over the row of the formation of a school management committee in Dhanusha district on Sunday evening. The deceased are Ramsewak Gaderi and Ram Prakash Yadav of Sabaila VDC. Similarly, another local Ram Sagar Sah has been seriously injured in the clash. Critically injured Sah is undergoing treatment at Janakpur Zonal Hospital, said SP Ganesh Bahadur Thapa of District Police Office, Dhanusha. According to Thapa, the dispute took a nasty turn after CPN (Maoist) leader Matrika Yadav-led group and CPN-UML alternate Central Committee member Yoga Narayan Yadav-led group claimed over the leadership of Madan Ashrit Secondary School based in Sabaila.
