Police arrested a 14-year-old teenager from Chutrebesi in Sandhikharka Municipality on the charges of attempted rape on a 4-year-old minor girl on Tuesday. The boy tried to rape the minor while she was alone at home.
Police arrested the boy on Wednesday and are carrying out further investigation into the matter.
