Victims seeking refuge in a 5 aana plot in Golmadhi Tol of Bhaktapur have reportedly been ordered to evacuate the empty plot by the owner of the land. Raj Bhai Gosai and many others who lost their house in the devastating earthquake have been living in tents in the plot of Punyaswori Karmacharya. Raj Bhai lamented that Punyaswori ordered him and others encamping in the plot to immediately evacuate it. Punyaswori claimed that she only wanted to share some space in the plot as she herself wanted to encamp. However those who have been living in the plot say that her house has not been affected in any way by the earthquake and there was no need for her to encamp. The victims of the earthquake sought assurance from the Chief Secretary of the Government Leelamani Poudel who had come to Bhaktapur on cleaning campaign. They also complained that they have not received any relief material although many days have passed since the devastating earthquake.
