Two arrested for rape attempt in Mahottari

Police have arrested two youth for attempting to rape a woman in Pokharbhinda VDC of Mahottari district. The arrested youths are Arun Kumar Yadav (18 years) and Mithalesh Yadav (18 years) of Khairbanni VDC-3. They had reportedly attempted to rape a woman by entering her house while she was sleeping. The woman's relative came to her rescue and caught the two youths when she shouted for help during their attempt to rape her. DSP Lokendra Shrestha informed that the two would be charged under the rape act.
