A woman who had recently given birth to a baby has been raped by her own brother in Chisapani-5 of Banke. The 20-year-old woman who came to her maternal home was raped on Wednesday by her own brother Padma Bahadur Sunar.22-year-old Padma Bahadur was drunk at the time of the incident. He was arrested by the police immediately after the victim lodged a complaint against him in the area police office, Kohalpur. According to DSP Janak Bahadur Shahi, he is being charged under rape and incest act. The raped victim went under medical check-up at medical college, Kohalpur. Her health is thought to be in an unstable condition.
