76-year-old man held on charge of raping minor girl in Bhaktapur

A septuagenarian man allegedly raped a minor girl in the Bhaktapur district. Police said Babu Kaji Basnet (76) from Suryabinayak Municipality-7 of the district allegedly raped a 12-year-old girl from Katunje Gairigaun, Suryabinayak-4. After receiving a complaint against him, the police arrested the suspect for investigation. Meanwhile, police said the alleged victim underwent a medical test.
