Four girls have been rescued while being on a probable risky journey to India on July 27. Police said that all four girls, hailing from Kochbang VDC in Rolpa district, were stopped at Jamunaha Custom point. The girls are being kept at the shelter of SAATHI after being stopped by the organization’s staff monitoring the border to stop women and girl trafficking. Kamala Panta of SAATHI said that the girls, travelling to India with the different company were found during the interrogation. They had told that they were going to Rajkot and Simla of India respectively for work.
