Biplav led CPN-Maoist have misbehaved with the Revenue Office, Dhamak on August 4 on the charges of being involved in corruption.
Nearly 20 Bipalv-led Maoists reached the Sedain’s home and pour smeared on his body.
The group’s Jhapa secretary Bibas Kiranti said that the action was a compulsion saying he was involved in financial irregularities, taking money from middlemen of the courses.
