Man accused of attempted rape arrested in Kapilbastu

35-year-old Hiralal Sapkota of Thuniya VDC-7 was arrested on September 26 by Chandrauta Ward Police Office in accusation of attempted rape of a 15-years-old girl on September 25.
Sapkota was arrested after the family of the girl filed a written complaint in Chandrauta Ward Police Office, stating that the accused attempted to rape the girl while returning home after collecting hay on September 25. According to police, the accused has been charged under the Rape Act.
