Police have arrested Ram Prasad Neupane, 60, of Dharna VDC-3 on December 11 on the charge of raping a 21-year-old girl. The accused allegedly raped the women with physical and intellectual disability on November 26. Family of the victim filed a complaint at the District Police Office on December 11. Medical check-up of the victim was performed at the Rapti sub-regional Hospital on December 10. DSP Dhan Bahadur Kathayat of the DPO said that investigation has begun into the incident after arrested the accused.
