Cadres of SLMM have staged a demonstration in Gaur today against the attack on Sadbhawana party leader Rajendra Mahato by police in Biratnagar yesterday. Mahato was injured yesterday during a clash with police while the former and his cadres were preparing to stage a sit-in at Jogbani in Morang yesterday. The SLMM cadres are demonstrating by burning tires in-front of the District Administration Office and District Police Office at Gaur. They are demanding action against policemen who were responsible for attacking Mahato. Meanwhile, Mahato is undergoing treatment at Golden hospital in Biratnagar.
