Police have arrested Kailash Shrestha of Dharan-16, for raping a minor . According to the DSP Sudam Kumar Sijapati, 23-year-old Shrestha raped the minor at his home luring her of chocolate on 3rd of January. He was arrested after her family lodge a complained about raping a girl. After the medical check-up victim child has returned back to her home. Likewise, Dilli Bahadur Bhandari from Morang Dhagihat-4 has been arrested on the charge of raping 23-year-old women in a hotel. Bhandari was arrested after the victim lodge complained of raping her in a hotel named Manaslu in Dharan-20.
