Update..... A 13-year-old boy who was accused of raping a 5-year-old girl has been ordered to Juvenile Rehabilitation Center by District Court. According to Nawaraj Dulal of District Court, Judge ordered the boy to Juvenile Rehab on February 12. Police have arrested a 15-year-old teenager from Goithi VDC-5 of Saptari on the charge of raping a minor on Thursday. The arrested teenager reportedly invited a girl and her sister to play at the cow-shed of his house while they were returning home from school at around 4:00 pm in the evening. When they came to the cowshed he tried to sexually abuse the girls, the elder sister ran away, while the minor girl fell prey to the perpetrator. The boy ran away after the victim's grandmother came to her rescue. The victim has fallen gravely sick following the rape and is being treated at Gajendra Narayan Singh Sagarmatha hospital at Rajbiraj. Police from security base camp at Loharaj arrested the accused teenager on Thursday night on the basis of a complaint filed by the victim's father. District Police Office informed that the arrested teenager would be charged under the rape act.
