Head constable held over corruption charges

Nepal police head constable Binaya Kumar Singh was arrested on the charges of taking bribe from gold smugglers. Police earlier nabbed Arbind Singh, a police constable, Dipak Singh and Bhagawan Singh on charge of running an extortion racket in Birgunj. Binaya was taken into custody as per the statement of the arrested trio.
