Police have nabbed fugitive gangster Biswo Kranti Singh with a weapon from Lalitpur. Lalitpur police nabbed him in connection with murder and arms and ammunition case. Singh is said to be close with Nepali Congress Lalitpur leader Minkrishna Maharjan. On February 3, the Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority had nabbed Deputy Superintendent of Police Daya Nidhi Gyawali and Inspector Ramesh Singh of Metropolitan Police Range, red-handed while taking Rs 300,000 to settle a case related to a petrol pump ownership dispute.
