The school management committee padlocked Rashtriya Primary School at Kherbona in Shambhunath Municipality-2 in Saptari today to protest the appointment to the post of office helper. The school management committee chairman Laxman Mandal said that Principal Kundev Yadav appointed Nilam Yadav as office helper without consulting the committee. He also said they would not open the school until the appointment is scrapped. Principal Kundev, however, said that he had informed the District Education Office about the appointment.
