Youth charged with raping a 15-year-old girl arrested in Gulmi

Police arrested 21-year-old Bal Krishna Lamsal a resident of Amarpur VDC-3 on the charges of raping a 15-year-old girl on May 14.
According to Sub-Inspector Purnaram Giri, the accused was arrested on the basis of a complaint filed by the victim's family on May 15. The victim went under medical examination at the district hospital of Tamghas on the same day.
