Police has arrested the central member of Nepal Consumer's Forum, Roshan Pokhrel, on charge demanding bribe from a businessman. According to the police Pokhrel had demanded rupees three lakh in bribe from the operator of Nepal Overseas Marketing Company, Pawan Agrawal saying that he would arrange proper documents for Agrawal's company "Johnson and Johnson". Pokhrel was arrested on the basis of tip-off given by Agrawal, informed SP Prakash jung Karki. Agrawal informed tiped the police after sending rupees one lakh in bribe through one of his employees to Pokhrel. Pokhrel was arrested while he was accepting the bribe. नेपाल उपभोक्ता मञ्चका केन्द्रीय सदस्य रोशन पोखरेललाई ठगी आपरोपमा प्रहरीले पक्राउ गरेको छ। पोखरेलले नेपाल ओभरसिस मार्केटिङ कम्पनी सञ्चालक प्रबन्धक पवन अग्रवाललाई ‘जोन्सन एण्ड जोन्सन’ मिलाइदिने भन्दै तीन लाख घुस मागेको आरोप छ । सुराकीको आधारमा पोखरेललाई पक्राउ गरेको महानगरीय प्रहरी अपराध शाखाका एसपी प्रकाशजंग कार्कीले अन्नपूर्ण अनलाइनलाई जानकारी दिए । कार्कीका अनुसार अग्रवालले आफ्नो मान्छे कुमार दीपेन्द्र सागरलाई एक लाख रुपैयाँ दिएर पोखरेलाई दिनु भनेर प्रहरीमा खबर गरेका थिए। सोही पैसा लिन गएका पोखरेल सुराकीको आधारमा महानगरीय प्रहरीको फन्दामा परेका हुन्। कार्कीका अनुसार पोखरेलले अग्रवाललाई कम्पनीको कागजात नमिलेकाले मिलादिने भन्दै त्यसवापत तीन लाख घुस दिन दबाब दिँदै आएका थिए।
