Man sentenced to 10 years for raping minor girl

Chitwan District court has sentenced Kedar Thapa, 21, to 10 years in prison after finding him guilty of raping a 7-year-old girl.
The sentence was handed down by District Court judge Basudev Pandey. The court also ordered the guilty to be fined a sum of Rs. 50,000. Thapa was arrested on the charge of raping her on June 24, 2015.
