A case of rape against Dev Kumar Sada,23 of Bakdhuwa VDC-2 has been lodged after 11 months at District Police Office on June 5. The case was filed against him for raping an 18-years-old girl on July 7, 2015, after the court issued an ordinance according to Saptari Police.

The victim gave an application at appellate court on July 14 against District Police Office and District Administration Office demanding to issue an ordinance after the complaint is not registered. A bench of appellate court lawyers duo Madhav Prasad Pokhrel and Raj Kumar Ban issued an ordinance ordering to register the complaint on March 27.
