Case filed against rapist in Siraha
2016-06-08
A rape case has been filed against 55-year-old Chandar Shah Haluwai of Gol Bajar Municipality-5 by District police Office of Siraha on June 9 on the charge of raping a 15-years-old girl.
The victim’s family had lodged an FIR at District Police Office against him on June 8. The victim girl underwent a health check-up at District Hospital of Siraha.
According to DSP Eek Narayan Koirala, the accused was arrested on June 8 and was remanded for further investigation.
