18-year-old Gyan Bahadur Khadka of Udayapur who had been absconding after being accused of raping a 5-year-old minor was arrested on Saturday at around 2 pm. According to Inspector Bikram Lama of Area Police Office, Katari, went on the run after allegedly raping a 5-year-old girl of Okhle in western hills of the district, while she was alone at home. Khadka who had been hiding in Kathmandu following the incident was arrested from Ghurmi of Lekhani on Saturday while he was returning home. The incident came to light after the victim shared about it with her family on Friday, after 3 days past the incident.
