A complaint has been lodged at women and children service centre, under District police Office, against husband Kishori Sahani,28, brother in-law Suresh Sahani,33 and father in-law Swarup sahani,57 on June 10 on charge of assaulting and expelling Babita Devi Sahani,25 of Bageshwori Titrauna. The victim was assaulted by the accused on the night of June 7 according to Babita. She sustained a fractured leg and underwent a medical check up at Narayani sub-regional hospital according to DPO. The victim said that she was compelled to live in a open field on the night that she was expelled. Parsa police said that the incident is under investigation.
