Case filed against the accused of rape Ilam

A case has been filed against 28-year-old Manjil Rai, a resident of Chamaita-8, in accusation of raping a 17-year-old girl.
Relatives of the victim had filed a complaint in District Police Office on June 9, stating that the girl was raped on June 7. ASP Sushil Kumar Yadav informed that case was filed under Rape Act on June 9, based on the complaint.
The girl's medical examination was done at Ilam District Hospital on June 9.
