Police have arrested Dhana Bahadur Khulal,30 and his second wife Sita Basnet on June 26 on the charge of polygamy. They were arrested after Nirmala Khulal,30 of Shanti Dada VDC-4 had lodged a complaint against her husband on the charge of polygamy at DPO on June 7. The complaint was registered at District court against both the accused on June 27 under polygamy Act. The absconding accused was arrested by the police on June 26 for the investigation according to Inspector Rudra Chudal of DPO.
