The District Court of Arghakhanchi sentenced 59-year-old Hari Lal Bhattarai of Thada VDC-5 for 15 days to jail on June 29 on the charges of domestic violence. A single bench of District Court judge Keshav Prasad Bastola gave the verdict based on proof, statement, injuries, and other investigations. 50-year-old  Bishnu Bhattarai lodged a complaint at Area Police Office on February 25, 2016, against her husband on the charges of domestic violence.
