Police have arrested Biswombhar Chaudhary,40 of Dhangadhi VDC-8 on July 22 on the charge of attempting to rape a 16-years-old verbally impaired girl. The case against him was registered on July 23 by the police. The victim’s family had lodged a complaint at District Police Office on July 21 accusing him of attempting to rape a girl on July 15. On July 22 he was arrested and charged under sexual abuse act according to t Inspector Rajendra Yadav of DPO. The victim underwent a health check-up at Ganasingh Sagarmatha zonal hospital on July 22 in Rajbiraj.
