Police have arrested Hari Lal Shrestha, 59 of Pida VDC-2 on August 17 on charge of raping a 10-years-old girl. The victim’s parents had lodged a complaint at District Police Office on August 18 against the accused on charge of raping her on August 16. Police said that the accused was arrested based on a verbal complaint lodged by the victim. The victim underwent a health check up at District Hospital of Dhading on August 18 according to police. १० वर्षीया बालिकालाई बलात्कार गरेको आरोपमा पिडा गाविस-२ का ५९ वर्षीय हरिलाल श्रेष्ठलाई प्रहरीले ०७३ भदौ १ गते गिरफ्तार गरेको छ । पीडित बालिकालाई साउन ३२ गते आरोपितले बलात्कार गरेको आरोपमा पीडित बालिकाको अभिभावकले भदौ २ गते जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालयमा उजुरी दिएका छन् । मौखिक उजुरीका आधारमा आरोपितलाई अनुसन्धानका लागि गिरफ्तार गरिएको प्रहरीले जनाएको छ । पीडित बालिकाको स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण र उपचार भदौ २ गते जिल्ला अस्पताल धादिङमा भएको पनि प्रहरीले जनाएको छ ।
