Police have lodged a case against 40-years-old Jit Bahadur Rasaili at District Court on August 30 on charge of raping a 15-year-old girl. The case against the accused was lodged based on a complaint lodged by the victim’s mother at DPO on August 29 according to DSP Bimal Basnet of DPO. According to the victim’s mother, the accused had raped a victim on August 20. The victim underwent a health check up at District Hospital on August 29. The accused is at large and search for him is going on according to DSP Basnet. एक १५ वर्षीया बालिकालाई बलात्कार गरेको आरोपमा चानुवा गाविस-२ का ४० वर्षीय जितबहादुर रसाईलीविरूद्ध प्रहरीले भदौ १४ गते जिल्ला अदालत धनकुटामा मुद्दा दायर गरेको छ । पीडितकी आमाले भदौ १३ गते जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालयमा दिएको उजुरीका आधारमा आरोपितविरूद्ध जिल्ला अदालतमा जबरजस्ती करणी अन्तरगतको मुद्दा दायर गरिएको जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालयका डिएसपी बिमल बस्नेतले बताए । पीडित बालिकालाई भदौ ४ गते आरोपितले बलात्कार गरेको उजुरीमा उल्लेख गरिएको प्रहरीले जनाएको छ । पीडित बालिकाको स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण भदौ १३ गते जिल्ला अस्पतालमा गरिएको पनि प्रहरीले जनाएको छ । घटना पश्चात् फरार रहेका आरोपितको खोजी कार्य भई रहेको डिएसपी बस्नेतले बताए ।
