Mina Bika of Pokhara Bagar has been beaten by the people living in the same house in rent for touching the water tap of the rented house. Menka Gurung, Puja Gurung and Riya gurung beat her using demeaning words while she was bathing her cild on August 8. She was again attacked on the same day at 11 a.m. while she was in her room. According to Mina, she was beaten by them for the same reason last year also. Different dalit right activists, organizations and their representatives went to the police station for registering the fir. meanwhile, the accused denied of discriminating the victim and claimed their fight was on different issue. Menaka, Puja and Riya Gurung also complained against Mina and krishna B.K on attempt to homicide and public offense case. However, police didn't register wither of the FIR and informed that decision shall be made Tuesday only. धारो छोएको बिषयमा पोखरा बगरकी मिना विक कुटिएकी छिन् । एउटै घरमा डेरा बस्ने मेनुका थापा, पूजा गुरुङ र रिया गुरुङ्ले कुट्पिट गरेको भनी मिनाले प्रहरिमा जाहेरी दिएकी छिन् । मिनाका अनुसार घरभित्रै रहेको उक्त धारो डेरावालले प्रयोग गर्दै आएका छन्। साउन २४ गते बिहान ८ बजे छोरालाई नुहाइदिदै गरेको अवस्थामा आफुमाथि होच्याउने शब्द प्रयोग गर्दै कुटपिट भएको मिनाले बाटइन् । ' पहिलेदेखी धारो नछोइदे भनेको टेरिनस्' भन्दै चप्पलले हानियो र सोही दिन बिहान ११ बजे पुन आक्रमण भएको उनले बताइन् । मिनाले गत बर्ष पनि आफुमाथि धारो छोएको निउमा आक्रमण भएको बताइन्। विभिन्न दलित अधिकारकर्मीको टोलिले शुक्रबार नै जाहेरी दर्ता गराउन कोजे पनि पहरिले नमानेको अधिकारकर्मी प्रेमदेवी पारीयारले बताइन् । जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालयमा जाहेरी बुझाउन आईतवार नेपाल दलित संघ, उत्पीडित जातिय समाज, दलित एकल सन्जाल लगायत विभिन्न संघसंस्थाका प्रतिनिधि पुगेका थिए । मेनका, पूजा र रियाले भने जातिय विभेदको निउ नभै अन्य बिषयमा झगडा परेको बताए । निजहरुले पनि मिना र कृष्ण विक विरुद्ध् ज्यान मार्ने उद्धोग र सार्वजनिक अपराध सम्बन्धी मुद्धा जाहेरी बुझाएका छन्। प्रहरिले मङ्लबार कुनै पक्षको पनि जाहेरी दर्ता नभएको र मङ्लबार मात्र हुने बतायो ।
